DA hand-over report

To assist the incoming duty astronomer, the outgoing duty astronomer should complete a hand-over report. This report should focus on new information that will assist the new DA in performing their duty.

This report is distributed to select observatory staff and to the e-mail addresses given below. Please include the incoming duty astronomer in the distribution list.

This report is not intended as feedback to the observatory staff. Fault reports and astronomer questionnaires serve these functions.
