Explanation of terms:
Sub-scan Number The scan number within the point pattern.
Catagory The catagory number of the sub-scan. Each catagory number
has unique properties in azimuth, elevation and type (holog or selfcal).
Catagory 0 means not a point scan.
Even/Odd antennas offset The offsets applied to the even/odd
antenna for this catagory. For self-cal pointing, all antennas are offset,
so the offsets are the same for odd and even antennas. For holog pointing,
even antennas are offset first, then odd antennas. Note that unused antennas
do not count for determining oddness or evenness. Eg if antenna 1 is flagged
bad by the system, antenna 2 would be an odd antenna. The first antenna
in the array is always odd.
