The program that calibrates the sampler phases, in order to get the early/normal signal correct, is called EARLY . It can only be run from xbones and should be done from a terminal logged in as atcaobs. Note that the EARLY program must be run using correlator configurations which give XY auto-correlations, e.g., FULL_128_2 or FULL_128_1.
