Array Initialisation

Only perform this step if a major problem has occurred or if you want to change the integration time (i.e., the time, typically 10s, over which the array integrates before writing data to disk).

CHECK the cycle period and the cycles averaged is as intended for your observing program.

If these are not set to your satisfaction then consult the Duty Astronomer before using the program called cain to modify the observing parameters.
