Commands
- catie antennas
- change the active antennas for the first, or both, frequencies:
eg catie ant 123456 345 will have all antennas active for frequency
1 and antennas 3, 4 and 5 active for frequency 2.
- catie function
- The possible functions are for linear polarisation
(XX, YY) or circular polarisation (XX+YY, XX-YY)
and can be changed for either the first frequency
Examples:
| catie function XX YY |
| Linear polarisations for just frequency 1. |
|
| catie function XX-YY XX+YY XX YY |
| Circular for frequency 1, and
linear polarisation for frequency 2. |
|
- catie reference
- sets the reference level.
- catie gain
- Set gains for the four channels of the tied
array, eg catie g 4 for all dishes
When the correlator configuration file is one of the tied array
alternatives, then the statistics values
will be calculated. The reference levels have an effect on the
calculation, similar to the attenuators on the antenna sampler
statistics. The statistics values should be 34% (
). To
change them, adjust the appropriate reference levels: to increase the
statistics, decrease the reference level and to decrease the
statistics, increase the reference level.
