ASSISTANCE complains that WEATHER is not working

ASSISTANCE can complain about two things related to the WEATHER monitoring: It will complain if the XBONES process WEATHER goes away. To check that this is running:
XBONES $ ps -ef | grep weather
If necessary, it is restarted via the monit web page -- contact the DA.

It will will also complain if the numbers reported by the WEATHER task have not changed for some time. This could mean that you have exceedingly calm weather, or that some part of the weather monitoring system -- either the XBONES task, the machine CAWEATHR, or the weather station itself -- has stopped working.
