LOMON failure

The values from rt are imported into XBONES by a program called LOMON. To check that this is running:
XBONES $ ps -ef | grep lomon
It is restarted via the monit web page -- contact the DA. However, as with restarting rt, this gives you a phase discontinuity, so you may prefer to leave the system inactive until the end of your observation.
