Major Planets, Sun and Moon

In absolute time mode, ATCASCHED recognises the major planets, the Sun and the Moon (e.g., a source name of jupiter), and automatically computes appropriate ephemerides (the RA and DEC provided by the user are generally ignored, except in ATCASCHED's informative messages about drive times and source rise/set times). No other special steps are required.
