Observation Databases

There are a number of web resources to assist in determining if sources have been observed by the Compact Array in the past. The Australia Telescope Online Archive (ATOA) is available from

http://atoa.atnf.csiro.au/
.

The ATNF Positions Database is a database, searchable by source position, source name or project id with information of all observations obtained at the ATCA (only). These observations are all archived and non-proprietary data is available online for download.

Also, the ATNF Projects Database is available on line. This allows searches by observing Project Number, and returns the basic proposal information, for all projects granted time on the ATCA, Parkes, Mopra and VLBI since 1990.

In addition, Bärbel Koribalski maintains a database of HI galaxy observations.

Contact at-enquiries@atnf.csiro.au if you have any problems (e.g., database errors) with, or suggestions regarding, the database system.
