The Fault Report system now uses a JIRA database.
For most people, the easiest way to submit a fault report will be to send an email to
atca.support@csiro.au
- In the subject write a brief summary of the problem.
- In the body of the email, describe the request or problem with as much information as possible, including details like:
- Your observing location
- OPAL project ID
- Time problem occurred (include the timezone)
- Your contact phone number
- Screenshots (if necessary) can be added as email attachments
One of our team will contact you if more details are needed
For staff or affiliates with a CSIRO NEXUS account, or collaborators with a PUMA account, an alternative is to submit the fault report directly through the Jira Web interface here:
ATCA Support JIRA Page (login required)
If you are interested in getting a PUMA account, contact a member of our staff.
